Which exams does Europe Exam Prep support?
We currently support preparation for IELTS (English), DELF and DALF (French), Goethe-Zertifikat (German), DELE (Spanish), and CELI (Italian). We are actively adding more certifications — check back regularly for updates.
How accurate is the AI feedback?
Our AI evaluation is trained on official exam marking rubrics and consistently scores within one band of certified human examiners in internal testing. It is highly effective for identifying areas for improvement, but as with any AI system it is not infallible — treat scores as a strong guide rather than a definitive result.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can complete a full practice session for free with no credit card required. Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited sessions, detailed progress analytics, and priority AI processing.
How does speaking practice work?
When you reach a speaking task, you will be prompted to record your response using your device's microphone. Your audio is transcribed and evaluated by our AI against the official speaking criteria for your chosen exam — including fluency, pronunciation, coherence, vocabulary, and grammar.
How does writing assessment work?
You type your written response directly in the platform. Our AI evaluates it against the official writing rubric for your exam, providing a score and specific, actionable feedback on task achievement, coherence, lexical resource, and grammatical accuracy.
Can I use Europe Exam Prep on my phone?
Absolutely. The platform is fully responsive and works on all modern smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Speaking practice requires a microphone-enabled device.
How do I track my progress?
Your dashboard shows a complete history of your practice sessions, scores over time, and a breakdown of performance by skill area. Use this to identify your weak points and focus your study where it matters most.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard under Account Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle and you retain access until then. No questions asked.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We store all data on Google Firebase infrastructure within the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
