Europe Exam Prep (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: Your name and email address when you register via Google, Apple, or email link.
  • Usage data: Exam selections, practice session results, scores, and progress metrics.
  • Audio recordings: Speaking practice recordings processed in real time to generate feedback. Recordings are not stored beyond the session unless you explicitly save them.
  • Payment information: Billing details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and personalise your exam preparation experience.
  • To track and display your progress over time.
  • To process payments for premium subscriptions.
  • To send transactional emails such as sign-in links and payment receipts.
  • To improve our AI models and platform (using anonymised, aggregated data only).

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure within the European Union. We apply industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication and database.
  • Stripe: Payment processing.
  • ElevenLabs: Text-to-speech synthesis.
  • Anthropic / OpenAI: AI-powered response evaluation.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or export your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@europeexamprep.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication sessions and security tokens. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is purged within 30 days. Anonymised performance aggregates may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.
