By accessing or using Europe Exam Prep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Use of the Platform

Europe Exam Prep grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes. You must not use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that infringes the rights of others.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@europeexamprep.com.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Europe Exam Prep require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Europe Exam Prep — including text, graphics, AI feedback output, audio, and software — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

5. AI-Generated Feedback

Feedback provided by our AI systems is intended solely as a learning aid. It should not be taken as an official exam assessment or guarantee of performance. Actual exam results depend on many factors outside our control, including the policies of the examining body on the day of the examination.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent access controls or reverse-engineer our platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or stress-test our services.
• Submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Europe Exam Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
